a moment lost is a chamber work created for the DomainForget Contemporary Music Festival. The piece predominantly features vocalises performed on the contrabass flute, utilizing a non-sensical language. These vocalises are then intertwined with the textures of the ensemble, which includes prepared piano with metal chains producing crunching sounds, percussion employing metal to agitate their instruments, and the clarinet and strings contributing unstable and soaring lines.
